Selection to the post of Secretary of the Lithuanian Embassy in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan
Lithuanian Embassy in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan announces the selection to the post of Secretary of the Lithuanian Embassy in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan. The successful candidate will be paid a fixed monthly salary, the proposed term of contract – one year. Priority will be given to candidates who have at least one year of work experience in a similar Lithuanian or Kazakh governmental institution.
Requirements:
1. To have a university degree or equivalent education;
2. To know Kazakh language at least at C1 proficient user level, Russian and English - at least at advanced user B2 level;
3. Know how to work with a computer (MS Office software package), to be able to use information systems to perform assigned duties;
4. Be able to smoothly formulate thoughts in writing and orally, to have knowledge of drafting regulations and other documents;
5. Know the Kazakh protocol, etiquette specifics.
Main functions:
1. To organize Head of the Embassy agenda and meetings;
2. To ensure an orderly and systematic inbound and outbound mail distribution and dispatch;
3. Prepare protocol notes, document projects, when needed - responses to e-mails received from institutions and citizens' inquiries;
4. During Embassy working hours reply phonecalls and provide answers to general inquiries;
5. Update records of the Embassy‘s contact list;
6. To participate in the organization of the Embassy's cultural, educational and protocol events, taking care of visitors' reception at the Embassy;
7. To perform other Head of the Embassy orders of non-permanent nature.
